Welcome to my Electric Vehicle Build Site.

I will be building my EV using a Solectria AC-55 3-phase motor and an Enova motor controller. The Enova Controller has an Inverter, DC-DC converter, and Charger in one unit.

I will be logging my progress on my page . You can keep track of my current engineering issues as I build my vehicle. I will list my open tasks on my page in case others can help me on my project. I will post project documents like schematics, pictures, and other design documents. If you would like to post on my discussion page that would be great. Project Objectives

My project objectives are as follows.

Obtain software for Enova Controller
Obtain schematics for Enova Converter.
If I can't get schematics from Enova. Reverse engineer Enova controller so that I can design car wiring harness.
Decide what brand of lithium battery I should use.
Obtain Battery Management System.
Install Batteries and BMS.
Install 3-phase motor.
Install controller.
Connect controller and batteries.
